Congrats to the Retrievers on a truly impressive team victory.

It was a tournament of ups and downs. Unless you’re UMBC. In that case it was never down. Here’s to the Retrievers and what can only be referred to as a dominating performance in this year’s tournament. Yes, the winningest team in Luwak history has done it again.

How do they do it? Well, let’s just say that there’s a brand new Maserati with Maryland transfer tags sitting in my driveway, if you know what I mean. What’s that? Oh right, it’s an old minivan with Cheerios ground into the upholstery. I was daydreaming there for a minute.

Congrats go to Dan Forbush, who took the individual crown this year bringing glory back to the place where the mighty Luwak was created – ProfNet.

It was another great year, everyone. Thanks to all 125 players for playing in this truly unusual, but good spirited game. You make it all work.
